Projects and Services

'Well done for engaging some of the more challenging, ‘harder to reach’ members of our community.  Your experienced tutors promote an interest in the materials and techniques. Ace workers managed to nurture the confidence of young people who have more often been told what they can’t do rather than what they can do.  We all enjoyed the workshops and look forward to working with you again.’
Christine Cox, Co-ordinator, Youth Education Service

Some of our Projects - Past and Present

We are happy to develop any other ideas you may have with you.

Continuing Professional Development and Inset days

Raising awareness and appreciation of cultural diversity

Play workers, teachers, youth workers, learning support assistants, nursery nurses and other early years practitioners can gain new, practical skills by attending our creativity training workshops

Schools Enrichment Programmes

Activities specially mapped to the National Curriculum framework.

An interactive approach and attractive resources and materials are used to boost children’s performance and confidence at school.

From Key Stage 1-to KS4, we support effective learning by linking themes and concepts and translating these into creative, cross-curricula projects.

Activities designed to raise  attainment and self-esteem

Colleges

Programmes  suited to the needs of individuals and small groups for whom a mainstream college place is not appropriate or desirable.

Young Peoples Services

Delivering the Alternative Curriculum  to engage year 10 and 11 students.

Re-engaging school non-attenders and those 'at risk' of offending.

We offer private tuition on a range of subjects including piano for beginners, Photoshop training and editing, critical  photography, technical photography and Spanish language.

Community Groups

Regeneration and neighbourhood renewal projects.

Corporate Business

We  provide competitive team building exercises for staff, built around co-operative principles and 'make-it'  challenges with a difference.

These are fun experiences which enable participants to feel valued and rewarded.

Activities are designed to improve staff morale and performance by recognising employee’s achievements.

Private Commissions

Themed celebrations, festivals, family fun days, international days and individual birthday parties are catered for.

Future Developments

Artivists long term aims are to collaborate with and support projects in Spain and Latin American countries.
